1. Introduction
1.1 These Ticket Terms and Conditions ("Ticket Terms") govern the purchase of tickets for events operated by Voraus Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (number 11552409) ("we", "us", or "our") through the Signage&Print.com Platform (the "Platform").
1.2 By purchasing tickets for our events, you agree to be bound by these Ticket Terms. If you do not agree to these Ticket Terms, you should not purchase tickets through the Platform.
1.3 These Ticket Terms are in addition to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and End-User License Agreement that govern your use of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Ticket Terms shall prevail with respect to the purchase of tickets.
1.4 Where a booking has been made for tickets + bedrooms, or for bedrooms, the word Tickets in these terms should be interpreted as Tickets + bedrooms, or bedrooms, accordingly.
2. Ticket Purchases
2.1 Tickets for our events may be purchased through the Platform, subject to availability. All ticket prices are in the currency specified on the Platform and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
2.2 We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets available for purchase per person or per account, at our sole discretion.
2.3 Your purchase of tickets constitutes a binding offer, which we may accept or reject at our sole discretion. Our acceptance of your offer will be confirmed by email, at which point a binding contract will be formed between you and us.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment for tickets must be made at the time of purchase using one of the payment methods specified on the Platform. Your payment will be processed by our third-party payment processor, and you may be required to accept additional terms and conditions in connection with such payment processing.
3.2 By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
4.1 All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as otherwise provided in these Ticket Terms.
4.2 In the event that an event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled, we will offer a refund or exchange of your tickets, at our discretion, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
5. Event Admission
5.1 Your ticket entitles you to admission to the event specified on the ticket, subject to compliance with any applicable venue rules and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse admission or to remove any person from an event for any reason, including, but not limited to, disorderly conduct, failure to comply with venue rules, or unauthorized recording or photography.
5.2 You may be required to present a valid photo ID for entry to an event. We reserve the right to deny entry to any person who fails to provide satisfactory proof of identity.
6. Liability
6.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with your purchase of tickets, your attendance at an event, or any related activities, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Changes to These Ticket Terms
7.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Ticket Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we make changes to these Ticket Terms, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this document and/or providing notice through the Platform or other communication methods. Your continued purchase of tickets following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 These Ticket Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Ticket Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England & Wales.
